Soroptimist International of Columbus and Franklin County

We're known for:
Each year the club works toward projects in support of the six Soroptimist goals of service, Economic and Social Development, Education, Environmental, Health, Human Rights and Status of Women, and International Goodwill & Understanding.

A Spring Style Show, Flower sales, Poinsettia sales, and Raffles help support our goals.

Current projects include Amethyst Inc, United Methodist Children's Home and Meals on Wheels.

We also sponsor three Soroptimist educational awards each year. The Violet Richardson Award, The Women's Opportunity Award, Making a Difference for Women Award and the (Regional) Virginia M Wagner Award with award amounts ranging from $200-$500.
